EEG Stream Send
Sends live EEG (any Signal) to a Grafit EEG relay under a name people can read, such as “Martins EEG data”, for other Grafit instances to receive — hyperscanning. Every block carries the exact time of its first sample in the server’s shared clock and a continuous sample count. Wire the Connection of a WebSocket Client pointed at the relay.
