Modal Harmony

Generative harmony — Terremoti Vulcana's. A weighted mode (Dorian, Aeolian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Phrygian), a degree stepping by thirds and fifths, a stack of thirds built on the spot; Tension adds ninths, elevenths and sixths. Every 12–27 minutes a new section with another mode and root. Four voices lead smoothly. Cable a Form into Form (its chord clock) or pulse Advance. Chord is the four led voices, Chord Tones every tone of the chord once, Scale every mode tone, Bass the root of the chord — 128-bin note streams for any synth; Mode and Root go straight into an Aeolian Synth.
