Felt Quake
Earthquake feeds become the one quake a listener would feel. Cable Web Data answers from INGV, USGS or EMSC (GeoJSON / FDSN — several at once in an array) into Events: out comes the strongest audible event of the last ten minutes, exactly as Terremoti Vulcana chooses it. The felt ladder (M2 within 30 km … M7 anywhere) decides whether it is heard, the Mercalli intensity how strongly — Weight 0–1 from II to VIII. Period = 1.9 + 0.78 M seconds between pulses; Age from the moment the earth moved; Wake falls 1 → 0 over ten minutes. New pulses when a new quake takes over. The place comes from a Forces cable, else Latitude/Longitude. A Forces Scenario with a quake plays it from when it was chosen.
